Helmond is once again gearing up for the cosiest orange festival of the year! On Friday 25 and Saturday 26 April 2025, the city centre will be bursting at the seams during the Royal festivities Helmond. Two days of music, fun, shopping and, of course, dancing. Whether you want to party into the night, go into town with the kids or just enjoy a full day of atmosphere: you want to be there!
Friday 25 April - King's Night
The city kicks off the weekend with King's Night. Outdoor stages are scattered throughout the city centre, with banging performances by DJs and live bands. Of course, the pubs are also open (with no closing time ), so expect a party late into the night!
Whether you seek out a dance floor or prefer to enjoy a drink on a terrace - the atmosphere is good anyway.

Pendulum market (10:00 - 17:00)
Stroll past hundreds of stalls in the city centre - from Market to Canal Dike and everything in between. Score great bargains, handmade items and most importantly: atmosphere!

For young entrepreneurs! Children can sell their toys, books or other stuff at the Frans Joseph van Thiel Park. Nice and outdoors, and completely free.

Live music & performances
Several squares will feature stages with a mix of well-known acts, local talent and fine DJ sets. Among others, at the Havenplein, Kasteellaan and the Kop van de Markt.
