Autumn is in full swing, the leaves are falling from the trees and the days are getting shorter. The evenings are getting darker and more mysterious... The perfect time for a spooky adventure with the kids! On Friday 25 October, Helmond will be transformed into a place full of secrets and riddles during the Halloween Children's Scavenger Hunt. This magical event is especially for children aged 6 to 12 and promises to be an unforgettable evening.
Who cursed Helmond?
Something strange is going on in the centre of Helmond. Nobody knows exactly what happened that night, but one thing is certain: there is a curse on the city. It is up to the children to unravel this mystery! During the treasure hunt, the young detectives follow a route through the city centre, looking for hidden letters and codes in shop windows. Only they can find the missing numbers and letters to decipher the riddle and free Helmond from the curse!
Join this mystery tour
The tour starts between 18:00 and 19:00 at Piet Blomplein, behind the library. From there, children will go on an exciting journey full of surprises, ending at the iconic Helmond Castle. The scavenger hunt is completely free, and besides the spooky fun, it is a great way to discover the city in a new way.
