The festive time of year is almost upon us again and Helmond is ready to welcome Sinterklaas and his Pieten with open arms! Here is everything you need to know about the entry, Sinterklaas Castle and the spectacular Sinterklaas Circus.

Entry of St Nicholas: On Sunday 17 November 2024, Sinterklaas' steamer will arrive in Helmond's safe harbour, off the Burgemeester Geukerspark. From 12.30, Bart & Theo will provide a cheerful note with fun Sinterklaas songs and dances. Once Sinterklaas is ashore, our new mayor will hand over the key and wifi code of the Castle. Then the parade begins, with Sinterklaas and his Pieten handing out high-fives and sweets left and right. The route crosses the front grounds of Sinterklaas Castle and ends on the Market Square, where the celebration continues with performances by local youth clubs.
