King's night: Friday 26 April
On Friday 26 April, the party erupts in the heart of Helmond. The city centre comes alive with several outdoor stages, with performances by the best DJs and artists. There will also be fun for young and old on King's Night. Did you already know this? The hospitality industry in Helmond has no closing times on King's Night, so don't forget to hit the pub afterwards!
King's Day: Saturday 27 April
On Saturday 27 April, the party in Helmond goes on, of course. The city centre is packed with various activities for all ages. Everywhere you will find outdoor stages with live performances by bands and DJs, who will make the crowd dance and sing along to the upbeat tunes. But there is more than just music!
For those who like to browse among second-hand treasures, there is the pendulum market, which stretches throughout the city centre. From the Market to the Queen's Hall, stalls with a diverse range of stuff can be found everywhere. And especially for the little ones, there is the children's free market at the Boscotondo, where they can sell their own stuff or look for new treasures.
There will also be the bouncy castle festival in The Castle Garden this year! Here, children can have a great time on the various bouncy castles, while parents can relax and enjoy themselves. And if that is not enough, visitors can take part in the King's Shoot, attend a presentation by the Fire Brigade or venture into the old Dutch games. Throughout the centre, you will come across the cheerful Walking Orchestra ¿Que màs? Fun Orchestra, which will provide even more fun and entertainment. In short, for King's Night and Day, Helmond is the place to be!
