Tickets to visit The Castle of Sinterklaas in Helmond will be sold in the second and third weeks of November through two rounds of draws. The gates of The Castle will be open between 21 November and 3 December. On 4 December is the Special Day for visitors with disabilities and/or chronic illnesses.

The first round starts Monday, November 6, and runs until Wednesday, November 8. During that period, entries can be made via www.hetkasteelvansinterklaas.nl be signed up for tickets. The lucky ones will be notified on Thursday, November 9. Payment must be made by Saturday, November 11 at 4pm at the latest, otherwise the tickets will go on to the second draw round. This will run from 13 to 15 November. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Admission prices

A ticket costs €4.00 (excluding €0.32 service charge) for children up to 12 years and €7.50 (excluding €0.60 service charge) from 13 years. A maximum of six tickets can be ordered per order and three preferred days and times should be indicated. On this basis, the draw will do its work.

Ticket sales The Theatre and The Sinterklaas Craft Club

There is plenty of entertainment in the grounds in front of the castle; from free activities, such as a ride in the Sinterklaas Express, to activities that charge a small fee. For example, there is The Theatre of Sinterklaas where many children's performances are staged. Tickets for this cost €2.50 (excluding €0.20 service charge). There is also The Sinterklaas Craft Club where children can come and do crafts for an hour. Children aged 4 to 12 pay €2.50 (excluding €0.20 service charge) for this.
